Job Description

Role Overview – Green Tara International is hiring an Admin Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong administrative support expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to support administrative functions effectively, manage office operations, coordinate activities, maintain records, support teams, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.

Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by assisting colleagues, coordinating activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth office operations and support organizational objectives. You should provide excellent administrative assistance.

Office Operations Support – You will support office operations by managing tasks, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help keep office functioning smoothly. You should support office operations effectively.

General Administrative Tasks – You will perform general administrative work by handling requests, organizing information, maintaining records, and supporting coordination. You will assist diverse administrative needs. You should manage administrative tasks professionally.

Reception and Front Desk – You will support reception by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, directing communication, and maintaining organization. You will represent organization professionally. You should provide professional front office support.

Visitor Management and Greeting – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to personnel, maintaining logs, and supporting protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience. You should manage visitor interactions professionally.

Phone Management and Communication – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards. You should manage phones professionally and courteously.

Email Management and Organization – You will manage email communications by organizing inbox, responding professionally, filing appropriately, and maintaining records. You will support communication flow and organization. You should manage email communications efficiently.

Message Taking and Delivery – You will take and deliver messages by recording information accurately, noting details, ensuring delivery, and maintaining records. You will facilitate communication flow. You should manage messages accurately.

Calendar and Schedule Management – You will manage calendars by organizing schedules, blocking time, coordinating meetings, and preventing conflicts. You will maintain organized scheduling systems. You should manage calendars effectively.
