Role Overview – Ramada Hotel & Suites is hiring a Senior HR Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. This position is ideal for accomplished HR leaders with strong human resources expertise, hospitality and hotel industry knowledge, and the ability to lead HR functions strategically, manage recruitment operations, develop talent, support employee engagement, ensure compliance, drive organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic hospitality and hotel management organization.
Human Resources Leadership and Strategy – You will lead HR functions by developing strategies, directing operations, overseeing teams, and driving excellence. You will establish comprehensive HR approaches supporting business objectives. You should provide strategic HR leadership and vision.
HR Operations and Administration – You will oversee HR operations by managing processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure smooth HR functions and professionalism. You should manage HR operations strategically and efficiently.
HR Team Management and Development – You will manage HR team by providing direction, developing capabilities, supporting performance, and fostering accountability. You will build high-performing HR teams. You should provide HR team leadership and mentoring.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Strategy – You will develop recruitment strategy by analyzing hiring needs, planning approaches, identifying talent sources, and driving execution. You will establish effective recruitment approaches supporting business growth. You should develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Operations Oversight – You will oversee recruitment by directing processes, managing activities, coordinating hiring, and supporting team expansion. You will lead comprehensive recruitment operations. You should oversee recruitment functions.
Hotel Staff Recruitment – You will recruit hotel staff by planning hiring strategies, managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. You will build hospitality workforce. You should recruit hotel personnel effectively.
Guest-Facing Position Recruitment – You will recruit guest-facing staff by identifying talent, managing hiring, assessing service orientation, and supporting placements. You will build service-oriented teams. You should recruit customer service personnel.
Back-of-House and Operations Staff – You will recruit operations staff by managing hiring, assessing technical skills, supporting placements, and building teams. You will staff operations roles. You should recruit operations personnel.
