SG Recruitment Group, a Dubai-based recruitment agency founded in 2023, is recruiting an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a growing British-run business in Dubai. This is a role for a hands-on HR leader who understands the realities of company formation, knows UAE Labour Law inside out, and can manage the full HR function for a business in its growth phase.

This is a senior role for someone with proven experience managing HR operations in the UAE. You will lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will also bring hands-on experience with company formation, which means you understand the processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements involved in setting up and growing a business in the UAE. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, manage employee queries and grievances, and ensure that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented. If you are comfortable working independently, leading a function, and supporting a business through growth, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proven experience managing HR operations. You have hands-on experience with company formation in the UAE, along with the ability to lead HR functions in a growing business. You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working with leadership to drive HR initiatives. You are based in Dubai and available to start immediately, as interviews are taking place this week.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is AED 25,000 per month.
