CloudArenas, a growing remote recruitment operation, is looking for a motivated International Recruiter to join its team. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Pakistan, and it is suited to someone who enjoys sourcing, screening, and connecting with people across borders.

This is a role for someone with strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent to making offers and supporting onboarding. You will also maintain candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates. You have excellent communication skills in English, and you are comfortable working across different time zones and international markets. You are self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once without losing track of details.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in Pakistan. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
