Role Overview – Next Step Properties is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong administrative expertise, real estate and property management knowledge, and the ability to support administrative and operations functions effectively, manage office operations, coordinate activities, support sales and leasing teams, maintain records, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate organization.
Administrative Operations Management – You will manage administrative operations by coordinating processes, maintaining standards, implementing efficiencies, and supporting organizational flow. You will oversee comprehensive administrative functions supporting organizational objectives. You should manage administrative operations professionally.
Office Operations Support – You will support office operations by managing tasks, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help keep office functioning smoothly and professionally. You should support office operations effectively.
Real Estate Administrative Support – You will provide real estate administrative support by assisting with property matters, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting operations. You will facilitate real estate transactions and operations. You should understand real estate administrative functions.
Property File and Record Management – You will manage property files by organizing documents, maintaining records, updating information, and supporting accessibility. You will keep organized property records. You should manage property documentation professionally.
