Reef Holding is looking for a proactive and analytically minded HR Business Partner to join its Human Capital team in Riyadh. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across assigned departments, translating operational needs into practical and integrated HR solutions. You will advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning, while ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will actively support performance appraisal cycles, individual development plans, and performance improvement initiatives, coordinating closely with HR centres of excellence including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development to deliver cohesive, end-to-end people solutions.
Your responsibilities will also include participating in workforce planning, aligning staffing requirements with operational and expansion plans, and analysing HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and compliance to produce data-driven reports and recommendations. You will support managers through organisational change and transformation initiatives, contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, and participate in cross-functional strategic HR programmes within the Human Capital division. Regular reporting on HR performance indicators and departmental trends will also form a key part of your role.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with zero to two years of relevant experience in HR or organisational support roles. You communicate with confidence in both Arabic and English, bring strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and are capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Specialised training in HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, or Workforce Analytics will be considered a meaningful advantage.
