Role Overview Bridges Speech Center is hiring an Admin Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished administrative professionals with strong executive-level administrative expertise, healthcare and speech therapy industry knowledge, and the ability to support senior management effectively, manage office operations, coordinate clinical activities, maintain records, ensure compliance, support patient services, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic healthcare organization.
Executive Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive executive administrative support by assisting senior management, coordinating activities, maintaining systems, and supporting operations. You will facilitate management effectiveness and organizational success. You should provide excellent executive support.
Office Operations Management – You will manage office operations by overseeing processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and driving efficiency. You will ensure office functions smoothly and professionally. You should manage office operations effectively.
Senior Management Support – You will support senior management by assisting with tasks, coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, and supporting effectiveness. You will be valuable management resource. You should provide strong executive support.
Calendar and Schedule Management – You will manage executive calendars by organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, managing time, and preventing conflicts. You will maintain organized scheduling. You should manage executive calendars effectively.
Meeting Coordination and Organization – You will coordinate meetings by scheduling sessions, arranging facilities, preparing materials, managing logistics, and supporting success. You will facilitate smooth meetings and events. You should organize meetings professionally.
Meeting Preparation and Materials – You will prepare meeting materials by organizing documents, creating agendas, preparing presentations, and supporting logistics. You will ensure meetings are well-organized. You should prepare meeting materials.
