Joud Coffee is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. As one of the UAE's most beloved homegrown specialty coffee brands, Joud has expanded from a single café in Al Bateen to more than fifteen locations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and is continuing to grow. This is a pivotal internal role for a talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to lead end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic food and beverage operation.
In this role, you will manage and support the internal recruitment team, taking ownership of full-cycle hiring for F&B Operations and Support Services roles across the business. You will distribute requisitions, track hiring progress against open positions, and set recruitment targets that keep pace with Joud's ambitious growth agenda. Ensuring SOP compliance across the recruitment function will be central to your responsibilities, as will building proactive talent pipelines that reduce time-to-hire and support sustainable workforce planning. Delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process is a non-negotiable standard for this role, and experience in high-volume recruitment environments will be a meaningful advantage.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in talent acquisition within the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors, ideally in a multi-site environment. You are organised, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, a structured approach to recruitment operations, and the confidence to coordinate a team and engage hiring managers at all levels will set you apart.
