Role Overview – Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished recruitment professionals with strong talent acquisition expertise, infrastructure and construction industry knowledge, and the ability to source talent effectively, manage recruitment processes, attract quality candidates, build talent pipelines, place qualified professionals, support project staffing needs, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic infrastructure and construction organization.

Talent Acquisition Strategy and Planning – You will develop talent acquisition strategies by analyzing hiring needs, planning recruitment approaches, identifying sourcing channels, and supporting hiring objectives. You will establish effective recruitment strategies supporting business growth. You should develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

Recruitment Function Leadership – You will manage recruitment functions by coordinating processes, overseeing activities, managing timelines, and supporting execution. You will ensure smooth recruitment operations. You should manage recruitment functions professionally.

Recruitment Process Management – You will manage recruitment processes by coordinating activities, organizing procedures, maintaining timelines, and supporting completion. You will facilitate efficient hiring processes. You should manage recruitment operations.

Job Analysis and Position Requirements – You will analyze job requirements by understanding positions, identifying qualifications, developing job descriptions, and supporting recruitment planning. You will identify talent requirements clearly. You should understand position needs comprehensively.

Job Description Development – You will develop job descriptions by creating specifications, documenting requirements, supporting accuracy, and enabling recruitment. You will create comprehensive job postings. You should develop effective job descriptions.

Infrastructure and Construction Position Recruitment – You will recruit construction professionals by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing processes, and placing qualified personnel. You will build construction workforce pipelines. You should specialize in construction recruitment.

Site Engineer and Project Staff Recruitment – You will recruit engineering and project professionals by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing hiring, and supporting placements. You will build technical teams. You should recruit technical personnel.

Skilled Trades and Laborer Recruitment – You will recruit skilled and unskilled workers by sourcing candidates, identifying prospects, managing processes, and supporting placements. You will build production workforce. You should recruit skilled trades personnel.

Administrative and Support Staff Recruitment – You will recruit administrative professionals by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications, managing processes, and supporting placements. You will build administrative teams. You should recruit support staff.
