Ain Al Khaleej Hospital is looking for a highly experienced and qualified HR Recruitment and Licensing Officer to join their dedicated team in Al Ain, UAE. This is a specialist opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in healthcare recruitment and medical licensing to contribute to one of the UAEs reputable hospital settings.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals, overseeing the licensing and credentialing of clinical and non-clinical staff, and ensuring full compliance with UAE health authority regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to DOH, MOH, and DHA licensing procedures, ensuring that all staff certifications and permits are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in healthcare recruitment and licensing within a hospital or healthcare facility in the UAE. A thorough and up to date knowledge of DOH, MOH, and DHA licensing procedures is essential and non-negotiable for this role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment and licensing processes simultaneously are key qualities we are looking for.

We are seeking a professional who is proactive, reliable, and deeply familiar with the regulatory landscape of the UAE healthcare sector. The ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals, government authorities, and internal stakeholders will be central to your success in this position.
