Job Description

Role Overview – Burtplace General Contracting is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished administrative professionals with strong administrative coordination expertise, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate administrative functions effectively, manage office operations, support HR activities, maintain records, assist stakeholders, ensure organization, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic construction and contracting organization.

Administrative Coordination Operations – You will coordinate administrative operations by helping organize processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth office operations and support organizational objectives. You should coordinate administrative duties professionally and effectively.

Office Operations Support – You will support office operations by assisting with processes, maintaining standards, helping coordinate activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help ensure office functions smoothly and professionally. You should assist with office operations.
