Role Overview – Nisha Builders Contracting LLC is hiring an HR Generalist – Payroll & Labour Attendance (Construction) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, payroll and labour attendance knowledge, construction industry experience, and the ability to manage HR functions effectively, coordinate payroll operations, manage labour attendance, support employee relations, ensure compliance, develop talent, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic construction contracting organization.
Human Resources Leadership and Operations – You will lead HR functions by coordinating processes, managing operations, supporting activities, and driving efficiency. You will facilitate smooth HR operations and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR functions professionally and strategically.
HR Operations and Administration – You will manage HR operations by overseeing processes, maintaining organization, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure HR functions smoothly and effectively. You should manage HR operations comprehensively.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will coordinate recruitment by planning hiring strategies, managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting placements. You will build workforce and manage recruitment processes. You should manage recruitment operations effectively.
Job Analysis and Position Planning – You will analyze positions by understanding requirements, developing job descriptions, planning hiring, and supporting recruitment. You will identify talent needs clearly. You should understand position requirements comprehensively.
Construction Worker Recruitment – You will recruit construction workers by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing hiring processes, and placing qualified personnel. You will build construction workforce. You should specialize in construction recruitment.
Skilled Trades Recruitment – You will recruit skilled workers by sourcing talent, assessing qualifications, managing hiring, and supporting placements. You will build technical teams. You should recruit skilled personnel effectively.
Safety Certification Verification – You will verify safety certifications by confirming completion, checking validity, maintaining records, and supporting compliance. You will ensure trained workforce on safety. You should verify safety certifications thoroughly.
Candidate Sourcing and Selection – You will source candidates by utilizing multiple channels, identifying prospects, screening qualifications, and assessing fit. You will identify qualified candidates effectively. You should execute sourcing strategies comprehensively.
Interview Coordination and Assessment – You will coordinate interviews by scheduling sessions, assessing candidates, gathering feedback, and supporting decision-making. You will facilitate interview processes and assess competency. You should manage interviews professionally.
