This position is ideal for accomplished recruitment professionals with strong talent acquisition expertise, facilities management and services industry knowledge, and the ability to source talent effectively, manage recruitment strategies, attract quality candidates, build talent pipelines, place qualified professionals, support team expansion, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic facilities management and services organization.
Talent Acquisition Strategy Development – You will develop talent acquisition strategies by analyzing hiring needs, planning recruitment approaches, identifying sourcing channels, and supporting hiring objectives. You will establish effective recruitment strategies supporting business growth. You should develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Function Leadership – You will lead recruitment functions by directing activities, managing processes, overseeing operations, and supporting excellence. You will oversee all recruitment operations and initiatives. You should provide recruitment leadership and direction.
Recruitment Process Management – You will manage recruitment processes by coordinating activities, organizing procedures, maintaining timelines, and supporting completion. You will facilitate efficient hiring processes. You should manage recruitment operations professionally.
Job Analysis and Position Requirements – You will analyze job requirements by understanding positions, identifying qualifications, developing job descriptions, and supporting recruitment planning. You will identify talent requirements clearly. You should understand position needs comprehensively.
Job Description Development – You will develop job descriptions by creating specifications, documenting requirements, supporting accuracy, and enabling recruitment. You will create comprehensive job postings. You should develop effective job descriptions.
Facilities Management Position Recruitment – You will recruit facilities management professionals by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing processes, and placing qualified personnel. You will build facilities management talent pipelines. You should specialize in facilities management recruitment.
