Role Overview – JMJ Interiors LLC is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished administrative professionals with strong administrative support expertise, interior design and construction industry knowledge, and the ability to support office functions effectively, manage administrative tasks, coordinate activities, maintain records, assist stakeholders, ensure organization, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic interior design and construction organization.
Administrative Support Operations – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by assisting with processes, managing tasks, maintaining organization, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth office operations and support organizational objectives. You should perform administrative duties professionally and competently.
Office Operations Support – You will support office operations by assisting with processes, maintaining standards, helping coordinate activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help ensure office functions smoothly. You should assist with office operations effectively.
Administrative Task Management – You will assist with administrative tasks by organizing activities, helping manage procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining organization. You will help facilitate administrative workflow. You should assist with administrative duties.
Reception and Front Desk Assistance – You will help support reception by greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, directing communication, and maintaining professionalism. You will help represent company professionally. You should provide friendly front office support.
Visitor Management Support – You will help manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to personnel, maintaining logs, and supporting protocols. You will help maintain professional visitor experience. You should assist with visitor interactions.
Phone Management and Answering – You will help manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards. You should answer phones professionally.
Email and Correspondence Support – You will help manage correspondence by organizing communications, responding professionally, filing appropriately, and maintaining records. You will support communication flow and organization. You should manage correspondence professionally.
Calendar and Schedule Assistance – You will help manage calendars by assisting with schedules, supporting coordination, managing details, and preventing conflicts. You will help maintain organized scheduling. You should assist with calendar management.
Meeting Coordination Assistance – You will help coordinate meetings by assisting with scheduling, arranging facilities, preparing materials, and supporting logistics. You will help facilitate smooth meetings. You should assist with meeting organization.
