Human Resources Strategy and Business Alignment – You will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Abu Alnaga Group's business objectives, competitive positioning, and growth trajectory. You will assess organizational talent gaps, design workforce development initiatives, and implement strategic programs supporting business expansion. You will translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measure HR contribution to organizational success.
Talent Recruitment and Workforce Planning – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and building capable teams across all organizational levels. You will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure hiring of professionals fitting organizational culture and performance expectations. You will build bench strength supporting future growth.
Employee Relations and Workplace Culture – You will foster positive employee relations by establishing communication channels, addressing workplace concerns, and resolving conflicts constructively. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction assessments, and implement culture-building initiatives.
