SYNCOMS Group is looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring across its growing business, with a primary focus on technical and digital recruitment and a particular emphasis on AI-related roles. As a global technology and e-commerce group with over 25 years of presence spanning software development, SaaS ERP, personalised consumer products, and online retail through brands including Printerpix, Printerinks, and Print Express, SYNCOMS operates across the UAE, UK, and USA, offering a dynamic, multinational environment for a recruiter who thrives on pace and delivery. This role reports directly to the Director and coordinates with leadership across Dubai, London, and the United States.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical roles including developers, engineers, and AI-related talent as the primary focus, as well as non-technical roles across accounts, operations, design, and admin in a support capacity. You will conduct active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and global platforms, leverage Boolean search and talent mapping to identify quality candidates, and screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to define role requirements, build and maintain a strong global candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews across UAE, UK, and USA time zones. Offer negotiation and candidate closing will also fall within your remit.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in both technical and general recruitment, with exposure to tech and AI hiring preferred. You are a strong sourcer and headhunter with global experience, comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, and capable of handling multiple roles across different functions simultaneously. A basic understanding of technical and digital roles, strong communication and coordination skills, and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset are all essential.
