Anix Global is recruiting on behalf of a client for an AVP Human Resource to join the Global HR Team and report to the Director of Group Operations & HR. As a trusted recruitment and workforce solutions partner across the UAE and GCC region, Anix Global connects experienced HR leaders with organizations that need strong strategic and operational governance at scale. This role requires a seasoned HR leader capable of combining strategic enterprise thinking with strong operational governance, responsible for building scalable HR frameworks, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring robust compliance across a complex, multi-entity, multi-country environment.

In this role, you will lead group HR strategy, organizational structure, and governance frameworks across regions, and design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable operating models aligned to business growth. You will ensure labor compliance and broader global regulatory adherence, own manpower planning, organization design, and workforce optimization, and drive end-to-end talent lifecycle management including hiring, performance, engagement, and exits. You will develop and institutionalize compensation and benefits frameworks, including pay-for-performance and rewards systems, establish robust performance management systems and leadership development frameworks, and oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance handling. Leading HR operations excellence, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR documentation systems, and driving recruitment strategy including sourcing models, selection processes, and manpower planning with business heads will also form part of your remit. Overseeing onboarding, offer management, salary negotiations, and exit processes, developing employee benefits programs and managing vendor partnerships, conducting compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure reviews, ensuring consistent compliance with SOPs, HR policies, and statutory requirements, supporting leadership on employee relations and legal or disciplinary matters, driving HR transformation initiatives including performance-linked pay and rewards systems, contributing to talent pipeline development aligned with business objectives, and improving HR systems, processes, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement round out the scope of this role.

The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in multi-country organizations. You bring strong expertise in labor law compliance and governance frameworks, experience managing senior stakeholders and leadership teams, and a strong ability to build HR frameworks, policies, and governance. A strategic thinker with strong execution capability, you combine enterprise-level thinking with hands-on operational discipline.

Salary:
Up to AED 35,000 per month
