Capstone Solutions, a Dubai-based recruitment and HR consultancy firm, is urgently seeking an experienced HR Executive with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills to join its team in Al Barsha. This is an immediate opening for a seasoned HR professional who is a true master of Excel, looking to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic, full-time role with a leading HR outsourcing company in the UAE.

In this role, you will serve as the key HR operations specialist for Capstone Solutions, with a primary focus on payroll execution and HR operations. You will be expected to use advanced Excel functions to manage and analyze complex employee data, including attendance, compensation, and benefits. The position requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, as well as proficiency in employee administration and HRMS software. Your advanced Excel capabilities will be essential for creating detailed reports, streamlining processes, and supporting the firm's HR consultancy services for its diverse clientele across the UAE.

Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of solid HR experience within the UAE, with a proven track record in payroll execution, employee administration, and HR operations. A perfect 10/10 proficiency in MS Excel is non-negotiable for this position, and multiple technical interviews focusing on Excel skills will be conducted. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with HRMS software and strong core competencies in HR operations. Fluency in Hindi is strictly required for this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Barsha, Dubai, requiring immediate availability. Capstone Solutions offers a competitive monthly salary between AED 5,000 and AED 6,000, plus standard UAE benefits including visa and medical insurance.
