Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings to ensure cultural and skill fit.
Interview Coordination: Manage the full interview process including scheduling, assessments, and feedback collection.
Onboarding: Oversee smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate successfully into the company.
Employer Branding: Represent Oia Properties as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and engagement campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
