Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for Chinese Palace Group. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities: You will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management. Your role will also involve developing talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: You will collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, design effective job descriptions, and leverage social media, job portals, and headhunting strategies to attract top professionals.

Candidate Engagement: You will focus on creating strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through each step of the hiring process, and providing timely feedback to maintain an excellent employer reputation.

Data & Reporting: You will track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment dashboards, and analyze time-to-fill and cost-per-hire data to continuously improve recruitment performance.

Collaboration: This role requires strong coordination with HR colleagues, ensuring seamless onboarding after successful recruitment. You will also support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
