Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: The Talent Acquisition & HR professional will manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
HR Operations and Record Management: This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, managing contracts, visas, leaves, and HR documentation while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Compliance and Legal Oversight: The candidate will ensure all HR activities comply with UAE labor laws, maintain proper documentation, and assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Responsibilities include tracking performance, monitoring employee engagement, handling HR-related queries, and implementing initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
Coordination with Management: The HR professional will work closely with management to identify hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide insights for workforce planning.
Multitasking and Organizational Skills: The role requires managing multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
