HR Strategy & Policy Implementation: As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure HR processes support workforce growth, retention, and compliance.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Experience in hiring for manufacturing, trading, or logistics roles is highly preferred, ensuring you source the right talent for operational excellence.

Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive work culture is essential. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, recognition schemes, and team-building activities that boost morale and reduce turnover.

Performance Management: Your duties will include overseeing the performance management cycle—goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development discussions. You will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and support training plans.

Payroll & Compliance: Ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing leaves, attendance, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws will be a vital part of your responsibilities. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of HRIS systems.

Training & Development: You will help assess employee development needs and coordinate relevant internal or external training sessions. Creating a learning-oriented environment will be one of your focuses to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
