Strategic HR Leadership: We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can lead the HR function in alignment with business goals and strategies. You will be responsible for implementing robust HR policies, streamlining processes, and advising management on key people decisions.

Policy & Compliance: The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure full compliance across all HR practices. You will manage disciplinary processes, legal documentation, and ensure all HR operations align with regional regulatory requirements.

Talent Management: You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and career development initiatives. Your role is key in attracting and retaining top talent in the interior design industry.

Performance Management & Engagement: Lead the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI tracking while building a positive workplace culture. Your focus will also include enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

HR Systems & Data: Take charge of the HRMS and ensure accurate and secure employee records, payroll inputs, and attendance systems. Your tech-savviness and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations.

Leadership & Supervision: You will supervise the HR team, delegate tasks effectively, and guide junior HR staff. As a senior HR professional, your mentorship will foster a collaborative and growth-focused work environment.

Bilingual Communication: The candidate must be fluent in English and Tagalog to effectively communicate with a multicultural workforce. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are critical for success in this role.
