Project Requirement Analysis – The Software Project Manager will gather, analyze, and document client requirements for engineering project management systems, ensuring all technical specifications are accurately captured for successful implementation.

Client and Team Liaison – The role acts as the key bridge between clients and software engineering teams, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues during project execution.

System Design and Documentation – Responsibilities include preparing software design documents, system requirement specifications, and ensuring all documentation aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Software Demonstrations & Presentations – Conducting system demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops with clients to showcase functionality, gather feedback, and refine software solutions.

Team Management – Manage and coordinate the software product service team, providing guidance, task allocation, and oversight to ensure timely project delivery and quality performance.

Operational System Management – Maintain and manage operational system data, guide development teams in implementing enhancements, and ensure the software solutions meet operational needs of Oil & Gas and Construction clients.
