Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site HR Admin Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth human resources and administrative operations at the site level. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction or manpower-related industries, along with a strong grasp of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: As the Site HR Admin Officer, you will supervise HR and administrative staff, ensuring that daily site operations run efficiently. Responsibilities include managing mobilization, onboarding, medical documentation, and official processes such as Tawjeeh and biometrics. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and preparing payroll inputs to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Employee Relations & Compliance: This role requires excellent people management skills, as you will handle grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and enforce disciplinary actions when required. Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies will be a vital aspect of your daily duties. You will also prepare HR reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Camp & Logistics Management: A key part of the role involves overseeing camp logistics, including staff accommodation, transportation, and provision of PPE. Additionally, you will work with site management to ensure HSE compliance, guaranteeing a safe and organized working environment for all employees. Your organizational ability will play a critical role in creating efficiency and improving employee satisfaction.
Technology & Reporting: You will be expected to maintain HR systems, prepare detailed HR reports, and utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage workforce data effectively. Strong analytical and reporting skills will be required to provide management with insights into workforce trends, absenteeism, turnover, and compliance updates.
Leadership & Communication: The Site HR Admin Officer will act as a bridge between site employees and senior management, requiring strong leadership and communication abilities. Your role will involve promoting a positive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork, and providing continuous guidance to both staff and management.
