Job Overview: ABP Services is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) to join our team remotely. This role requires a recruitment professional who has hands-on experience in identifying, engaging, and hiring top non-IT professionals across multiple sectors. The position is best suited for individuals with strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven record of closing challenging roles.
Core Responsibilities: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will engage in executive search assignments, develop passive talent pipelines, and ensure that the hiring needs of clients are met with quality and speed.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to non-IT hiring with a deep understanding of multiple industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or hospitality. You must be comfortable with passive talent outreach, headhunting techniques, and building long-term relationships with candidates. Prior experience in handling senior-level and hard-to-fill positions will be a strong advantage.
Work Environment: This is a remote position offering flexibility and independence, but also requiring self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. You will interact directly with stakeholders, ensuring that recruitment solutions align with organizational objectives and client expectations.
