Job Overview: Metaworld Technology FZ LLC is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior HR Supervisor to lead and manage human resource operations in its Dubai office. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in core HR functions, especially in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role is essential in driving strategic HR initiatives and aligning them with organizational goals.
Core HR Responsibilities: The role involves end-to-end supervision of the HR function including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance. The Senior HR Supervisor will also ensure HR policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and aligned with UAE labor regulations. You’ll serve as the go-to person for both employees and leadership for HR-related matters.
C&B and HRIS Focus: A major focus of this role is on Compensation & Benefits structuring, payroll oversight, salary benchmarking, and managing HRIS implementation across departments. You will be responsible for introducing automation where possible, improving data accuracy, and generating analytics that help leadership make informed HR decisions.
Compliance & Legal: A strong understanding of UAE labor law is essential. The HR Supervisor will ensure the company remains compliant with all regulations, including handling visa documentation, employee contracts, and disciplinary procedures. You will also ensure proper handling of grievances and maintain complete employee records.
Process Improvement & Systems Integration: You will lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems, ensuring that HR functions are streamlined, and data is effectively utilized. Your experience in digital HR transformation will be crucial in building a data-driven, tech-enabled HR department.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years specifically in C&B or HRIS roles. Proven success in system implementation and managing cross-functional HR operations is required. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are a must, along with fluency in English and working knowledge of UAE labor policies.
