Job Overview: The Senior HR Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing key HR functions, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HRIS implementation, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical HR knowledge and the ability to streamline and optimize HR processes for a growing organization.
Core Responsibilities: The position requires overseeing the design and management of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll compliance. You will ensure competitive benchmarking, maintain salary structures, and manage employee benefits in alignment with company objectives. You will also support HR operations with data-driven decision-making and policy enforcement.
HRIS Implementation: A major part of the role will include leading HRIS implementation projects, ensuring smooth data migration, and training end-users on system functionalities. You will be responsible for integrating HR systems to improve employee lifecycle management, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities across HR functions.
Compliance & Labour Law: The Senior HR Supervisor will serve as the subject matter expert on UAE Labour Law and related legal frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring policies, employment contracts, and HR practices comply with local legislation, including employee relations, dispute resolution, and government reporting requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with department heads, line managers, and senior leadership to support business goals and provide HR solutions that foster a positive workplace culture. This position requires excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior HR staff and act as a trusted advisor to management.
Employee Relations: The role involves managing employee relations, handling grievances, and supporting workforce engagement initiatives. You will focus on creating a supportive work environment by ensuring transparent communication, professional conflict resolution, and initiatives that promote employee well-being and retention.
