Job Description
Build Elite Real Estate Teams That Drive Property Market Success
Deen Properties is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter in Dubai who will lead talent acquisition for our growing real estate organization. You'll source top-tier property consultants, build high-performing sales teams, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure Deen Properties attracts the real estate professionals who deliver exceptional results in Dubai's competitive property market.
Lead Real Estate Talent Acquisition Strategy
You'll design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies specifically for real estate sector. This means understanding Dubai property market dynamics, identifying where top real estate agents and property consultants look for opportunities, developing employer brand positioning that attracts sales professionals, creating compelling job value propositions, leveraging digital recruitment channels, building strategic partnerships with real estate training academies, and implementing recruitment approaches that consistently deliver quality candidates.
Source and Attract Top Property Consultants
You'll proactively source experienced real estate agents, property consultants, leasing specialists, sales executives, and property management professionals. You'll headhunt top performers from competitor agencies, identify talent through LinkedIn and professional networks, engage passive candidates who aren't actively job searching, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and maintain databases of qualified real estate professionals.
Manage High-Volume Recruitment Operations
Real estate agencies need constant talent influx. You'll manage multiple open positions simultaneously, process hundreds of applications monthly, conduct numerous interviews weekly, coordinate assessment days for agent recruitment, manage offer processes efficiently, maintain organized recruitment pipelines, track metrics and KPIs, and deliver consistent hiring results despite high-volume demands.
Conduct In-Depth Candidate Assessments
Hiring real estate professionals requires evaluating specific competencies. You'll assess sales aptitude and persuasion skills, evaluate communication and relationship-building abilities, verify property market knowledge, check RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certifications when applicable, conduct behavioral interviews, administer sales assessments, verify track records and previous sales achievements, and ensure candidates possess qualities that predict real estate success.
Screen and Interview Efficiently
You'll screen applications rapidly to identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screening interviews to assess basics, coordinate face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, facilitate panel interviews for senior roles, conduct competency-based interviewing, evaluate cultural fit with Deen Properties values, provide interview feedback to stakeholders, and maintain efficient interview processes that respect candidate and hiring manager time.
Manage RERA Compliance and Licensing
Dubai real estate has regulatory requirements. You'll verify RERA registration for property consultants, check RERA certification validity, coordinate RERA registration for new agents when needed, understand licensing requirements for different real estate roles, ensure compliance with real estate employment regulations, coordinate with RERA on agent transfers, and maintain regulatory compliance throughout recruitment.
Build Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing
You'll position Deen Properties as employer of choice in real estate sector. This means creating compelling recruitment marketing content, showcasing commission structures and earning potential, highlighting training and career development opportunities, leveraging employee testimonials and success stories, maintaining active presence on job boards and social media, attending real estate career fairs and networking events, and building brand that attracts ambitious property professionals.
Coordinate Onboarding and Integration
You'll ensure smooth onboarding for new hires – preparing employment documentation, coordinating RERA paperwork, facilitating induction programs, introducing new agents to property portfolios and CRM systems, connecting them with mentors or team leaders, providing initial training coordination, and ensuring new property consultants integrate successfully and become productive quickly.
Manage Recruitment Vendor Relationships
You'll coordinate with recruitment agencies specializing in real estate, negotiate terms and fee structures, manage agency performance and candidate quality, build preferred supplier relationships, coordinate with job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, Property Finder careers, Dubizzle jobs), negotiate advertising packages, and optimize external recruitment resources.

FAQ
1. How important is real estate industry experience for this Senior HR Recruiter role, and can I succeed with strong general recruitment background?
Real estate recruitment experience provides significant advantage but isn't absolute dealbreaker if you have transferable expertise. Here's the nuanced reality:
If you have direct real estate recruitment experience – hiring property consultants, real estate agents, leasing specialists, or property managers – you're ideal candidate. You already understand commission structures, RERA requirements, what makes successful agents, how to assess sales aptitude in property context, seasonal hiring patterns around Dubai property market cycles, and recruitment challenges specific to real estate agencies. You'll hit the ground running at Deen Properties.
2. What does "high-volume recruitment" actually mean in real estate context, and how is it different from typical corporate recruitment?
High-volume recruitment in real estate operates fundamentally differently than corporate hiring, and understanding this distinction is critical:
Volume and velocity: Real estate agencies hire continuously. You might have 10-15 property consultant positions open constantly, receive 150-200 applications weekly, conduct 20-30 interviews per week, and make 5-8 offers monthly. Compare this to corporate recruitment where you might fill 3-5 positions quarterly with weeks between interview rounds.
