Job Overview: RADZ HRC is hiring a talented and experienced HR Officer or Senior HR Officer to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is perfect for HR professionals who possess a strong background in operations, UAE labor compliance, and recruitment functions, and are looking for a new challenge in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

HR Operations: The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR operations, including managing employee records, contracts, visa processes, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and policy implementation, ensuring full alignment with UAE labor laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will also be involved in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding and orientation. Ensuring a smooth hiring experience and maintaining proper documentation is essential.

Employee Relations: This role requires someone who can confidently handle employee relations matters, resolve internal conflicts, manage disciplinary procedures, and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and support.

Compliance & Documentation: You will ensure HR policies are current and compliant with UAE labor regulations. You’ll also be responsible for organizing and maintaining employee files, HR documentation, and reporting.

Skills & Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 6–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with a solid understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
