Role Overview – flydubai, a leading UAE airline, is hiring a Senior HR Officer in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals who can manage diverse HR functions, support employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance, coordinate HR operations, and contribute to effective human resources management in the aviation industry.

HR Operations Management – You will manage comprehensive HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, employment documentation, leave and attendance administration, performance management support, employee relations, payroll coordination, exit management, compliance, and all HR activities supporting flydubai's workforce across ground staff, cabin crew, pilots, and corporate employees.

Recruitment and Selection – You will support recruitment activities by coordinating hiring processes for various airline positions, posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, processing offer letters, conducting background checks and reference verification, coordinating pre-employment medicals and security clearances required for aviation, and supporting successful hiring of qualified aviation personnel.

Aviation-Specific Recruitment – You will coordinate aviation-specific recruitment including cabin crew selection (coordinating assessment days, group activities, final interviews), pilot recruitment coordination, aircraft maintenance engineer hiring, ground operations staff recruitment, understanding aviation qualification requirements, coordinating license verification, and managing specialized aviation hiring processes.

Employee Onboarding – You will manage employee onboarding for new hires including preparing employment contracts and documentation, coordinating orientation programs, facilitating HR inductions, coordinating uniform issuance for operational staff, arranging ID badges and system access, processing joining formalities, coordinating initial training programs for cabin crew or operations staff, and ensuring comprehensive onboarding that supports employee integration.
