You will conduct workforce planning, identify talent requirements across the group, and develop strategies building organizational capacity for sustainable success and competitive advantage.

Recruitment and Professional Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies by identifying staffing needs, recruiting qualified professionals, and managing hiring processes across the organization. You will oversee recruitment, source talented professionals, build strong teams, and ensure hiring of qualified candidates fitting organizational culture and professional standards.

Employee Relations and Engagement Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts constructively, and maintaining positive relationships with professional and administrative staff.
