Role Overview – Ajman University is hiring a Senior HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. This position is ideal for experienced human resources leaders with strong strategic HR expertise, deep knowledge of UAE labor regulations, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support faculty and staff excellence, and contribute to the university's academic mission within a dynamic higher education environment.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with university objectives, assess organizational capability needs, and implement HR initiatives supporting academic excellence and operational efficiency. You will conduct workforce planning, identify talent requirements for faculty and administrative positions, and develop strategies building organizational capacity for growth and institutional advancement.
