Role Overview – Ows Auto is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, automotive industry knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, lead recruitment initiatives, develop talent strategies, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic automotive services and dealership organization.

HR Strategy Development and Implementation – You will develop comprehensive HR strategies by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving implementation. You will align HR with automotive business strategy, establish HR direction supporting sales and service excellence, and support organizational growth. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Leadership – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by developing recruitment strategies, overseeing sourcing initiatives, managing hiring processes, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, support hiring managers with requirements, and ensure quality hiring across sales, service, and administrative positions.

Automotive Sales and Service Staff Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for automotive positions including sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and support staff. You will understand automotive talent requirements, recruit skilled technicians, and support dealership staffing needs. You should develop automotive talent recruitment expertise.
