Role Overview: Al Tawasul Group is currently seeking a Senior HR Executive or HR Manager to lead and enhance its human resources function. This is a critical role requiring a strategic and people-oriented HR professional who can immediately contribute to our growing team.
Core Responsibilities: The selected candidate will oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy enforcement. The role will ensure that HR initiatives align with the company’s business goals.
Talent Acquisition: You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding qualified professionals. This includes building internal pipelines and working with department heads to fill roles promptly.
Employee Relations: Maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment is a key part of this role. You will handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair and transparent HR practices across the company.
Policy & Compliance: You will be responsible for drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws. This includes keeping all documentation up to date and legally compliant.
Performance & Development: You’ll lead performance reviews, assist in KPI alignment, and contribute to employee development plans and trainings. Your input will shape career growth paths and improve team engagement.
Immediate Joiner Requirement: The company requires a candidate who is available to join immediately. You must be ready to take ownership of key HR tasks from day one and drive improvements across the board.
