This position is ideal for a hands-on HR generalist with two to three years of core UAE freezone experience who can manage end-to-end HR operations and start immediately.

The primary responsibilities for this role revolve around executing daily HR operations, employee relations frameworks, and government portal administration for the company's Jebel Ali office. Daily activities include managing onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintaining accurate digital employee files, processing freezone visa applications, and handling document attestation processes. The Senior HR Executive will navigate JAFZA portal services, MOHRE systems, and GDRFA platforms to manage employment contracts, work permits, pass applications, and visa renewals. Additionally, the role involves tracking employee attendance, supporting monthly payroll preparation, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring all personnel activities conform strictly to JAFZA regulations and UAE Labor Law.
