Job Description
Role Overview – Unilabs is seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This position is ideal for HR professionals with 2-3 years of experience who can support recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and UAE Labour Law compliance while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.
End-to-End Recruitment Management – You will handle the complete recruitment cycle including identifying hiring needs, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, facilitating selection processes, and managing the entire recruitment workflow from requisition to offer acceptance.
Onboarding and Integration – You will manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees including preparing employment documentation, coordinating orientation programs, facilitating system access setup, conducting HR inductions, ensuring smooth integration into the organization, and creating positive first experiences that support employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations and Documentation – You will manage daily HR operations including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, updating personnel files, managing employment contracts, coordinating visa and labor card processing, handling employee requests, and ensuring accurate and organized HR administration that supports efficient operations.
HRMS Management – You will maintain and update the Human Resource Management System, ensure data accuracy, generate HR reports, track employee information, process system updates for new hires and departures, utilize HRMS for attendance and leave management, and leverage technology to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Employee Relations Support – You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address workplace concerns, support conflict resolution, facilitate communication between employees and management, promote positive employee relations, conduct exit interviews, and foster a supportive work environment that maintains employee satisfaction and engagement.
Payroll Coordination – You will coordinate payroll inputs including new joiner information, resignations, salary changes, attendance data, leave records, and other payroll-related information. You will liaise with payroll providers or finance teams, verify payroll accuracy, ensure timely processing, and support smooth salary disbursement operations.
UAE Labour Law Compliance – You will ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and regulations, maintain updated knowledge of legal requirements, implement compliant HR policies, coordinate with PRO services for visa and labor matters, handle ministry documentation, support labor inspections, and ensure the organization meets all regulatory obligations.
HR Documentation and Reporting – You will prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence, maintain proper documentation for audits, generate HR reports and analytics, track HR metrics including turnover and recruitment timelines, prepare management reports, and provide data-driven insights that support HR decision-making.
Policy Implementation and Communication – You will support implementation of HR policies and procedures, communicate policy updates to employees, ensure policy compliance across the organization, conduct HR awareness sessions, and maintain consistency in application of HR practices and company guidelines.
Requirements – 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential. Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. Proficiency with HRMS systems and MS Office required. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
