Key Role Overview: The Senior Executive – HR Shared Services will play a vital role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across payroll, onboarding, and data management activities. This role demands precision, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you will support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR policy implementation.

SAP HCM Expertise: The role requires hands-on experience with SAP HCM. You will utilize this system to manage employee records, streamline workflows, and improve HR operational efficiency. Familiarity with HR modules in SAP will be a strong advantage.

Employee Data Management: As a Senior Executive, you will ensure employee records are accurate, updated, and securely maintained. This includes contract management, leaves, benefits, and HR analytics reporting.

Problem-Solving Focus: You will provide HR solutions to address employee queries and challenges effectively, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are critical for this role.

Collaboration with Teams: This position requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance teams, and departmental managers to align HR services with organizational needs and objectives.
