Tender and Cost Analysis – This position involves analyzing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed cost breakdowns. The estimator ensures all elements are priced accurately while identifying potential cost risks and opportunities.

Independent Work Capability – The role demands the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines. The Senior Estimator will take ownership of estimates from initial analysis through final submission.

Estimation Tools Expertise – Strong knowledge of estimation software, tools, and methodologies is required to ensure efficiency and precision. The role supports consistent estimation standards across all projects.

Budget and Cost Strategy – The Senior Estimator contributes to project budgeting strategies by aligning estimates with company objectives and market realities. This supports informed decision-making during bid evaluations.

Analytical and Communication Excellence – High-level analytical skills are essential to interpret complex project data. Clear communication with internal stakeholders ensures alignment between estimation, engineering, and management teams.
