Sidra Kuwait Hospital is looking for a talented and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong understanding of the Kuwait labor market to play a central role in attracting and securing top talent for one of Kuwait's leading healthcare institutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interviewing, selection, and onboarding. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting, along with a deep understanding of the Kuwait labor market and local hiring regulations. You should be confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, skilled in assessing candidates across a range of clinical and non-clinical roles, and passionate about delivering a recruitment experience that reflects the values and standards of Sidra Kuwait Hospital.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders are essential qualities for this role. Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
