Job Overview: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the recruitment cycle by coordinating interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication across the hiring process. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will be expected to uphold the company’s hiring standards and act as a bridge between departments to achieve recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities: The position involves scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and providing daily support to the recruitment team. You will also assist with job postings, application reviews, and initial candidate screenings. Coordinating communication between stakeholders, preparing recruitment-related reports, and updating the HR database will be part of your routine. A strong ability to prioritize tasks and support end-to-end recruitment campaigns will be essential for success in this role.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment support. They should demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment coordination or exposure to an HR environment will be considered highly valuable.
