Job Description

Comprehensive Talent Acquisition Approach : This role requires the 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across diverse industries. The recruiter will operate with a complete understanding of client needs, building end-to-end strategies that ensure the right talent is delivered efficiently and professionally.

Client Relationship Building : The recruiter will actively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce plans, culture, and long-term hiring goals. This requires consistent communication, proactive engagement, and the ability to present tailored solutions that strengthen client trust and satisfaction.

Candidate Engagement and Market Research : This role involves engaging candidates through structured communication, evaluating their skillsets, and aligning them with relevant positions. The recruiter will also conduct ongoing market research to remain informed about hiring trends, industry changes, and talent availability to support strategic recruitment decisions.

Remote and Global Recruitment Operations : The recruiter will manage global talent pipelines across multiple time zones while ensuring effective coordination between candidates and clients. For remote and freelance roles, the recruiter must demonstrate discipline, time management, and the ability to deliver high-volume recruitment results from any location.

Strategic Sourcing and Digital Outreach : The role includes using advanced sourcing tools, job boards, databases, and professional networks to identify high-quality candidates. Recruiters will create digital outreach strategies that build brand visibility, attract passive talent, and maintain a consistent flow of qualified profiles for ongoing and future needs.

Performance Tracking and Reporting : The recruiter will prepare structured reports on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, conversion rates, and open role statuses. Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting KPIs is essential, helping the company measure performance and optimize recruitment strategies for continuous improvement.
