Talent Acquisition and Sourcing: You will proactively source, identify, and attract top candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and internal databases. Your ability to build a strong candidate pipeline will play a key role in meeting ongoing recruitment demands and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Interviewing and Selection: As part of the HR team, you will manage the entire interview process — from screening and shortlisting candidates to coordinating with department heads and facilitating final interviews. Your strong interpersonal and assessment skills will ensure that every hiring decision aligns with Sacoor Brothers’ culture and performance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
