Strong networking skills and creativity in sourcing strategies are essential for success.

Communication & Coordination: The recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. They will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling conflicts, and guide candidates through the recruitment stages, providing a professional and positive experience for every applicant.

Candidate Assessment & Evaluation: Assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit is a key aspect of this role. The recruiter will review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job-specific criteria. They will provide recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring that selected candidates align with company requirements and expectations.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: The recruiter will monitor recruitment metrics, track key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and candidate quality, and prepare reports for management.
