Job Overview: Wayz Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across multiple sectors, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities: The recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for open positions. They will also coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, prepare job descriptions, and post vacancies across multiple platforms. Managing recruitment databases and keeping accurate records of candidate interactions is also a vital responsibility.

Talent Sourcing & Networking: This role requires a strong ability to source candidates using online platforms, social media, and networking events. The recruiter will proactively identify potential talent, build pipelines for future hiring needs, and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates. Strong networking skills and creativity in sourcing strategies are essential for success.

Communication & Coordination: The recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. They will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling conflicts, and guide candidates through the recruitment stages, providing a professional and positive experience for every applicant.

Candidate Assessment & Evaluation: Assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit is a key aspect of this role. The recruiter will review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job-specific criteria. They will provide recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring that selected candidates align with company requirements and expectations.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: The recruiter will monitor recruitment metrics, track key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and candidate quality, and prepare reports for management. This data-driven approach helps improve recruitment strategies, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the efficiency of the hiring process.
