Job Overview: We are looking for a professional Receptionist cum HR Executive to join our client’s office in Deira, Dubai. This dual-role position requires an individual who can handle both front-office responsibilities with confidence and also provide vital support in HR functions. Front Office Responsibilities: As the first point of contact, you will manage reception duties including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and handling general inquiries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in managing these duties.
HR Support Duties: In addition to reception tasks, you will actively assist the HR department in various functions such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities. You will also help in drafting correspondence, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Administrative Coordination: This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, requiring you to provide administrative support across departments when necessary. You will help in scheduling meetings, organizing files, supporting payroll coordination, and assisting in internal communications. Being proactive and resourceful will help you excel in this versatile position.
Team Collaboration: The Receptionist cum HR Executive will work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth communication within the office.
