Job Description

Front Desk Operations – The Receptionist will manage front-office operations efficiently, welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner while providing a positive first impression of the company.

Call and Correspondence Management – The role involves handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism in all communications.

Coordination with Internal Teams – The Receptionist will liaise with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations, ensuring that administrative and operational requests are addressed promptly.

Administrative Support – Providing general office support including filing, scheduling, document preparation, and assisting staff with day-to-day administrative needs is a core responsibility of this role.

Logistics and Freight Forwarding Familiarity – Candidates with prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics will be responsible for understanding company workflows, assisting in coordinating shipments, and supporting operations as needed.

Professionalism and Presentation – Maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor at all times is essential. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, reinforcing the company’s brand and values.
