Job Description

Job Overview: The Payroll Officer at Dubai Limited Investment LLC will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for all employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of UAE wage laws, and proficiency with payroll software systems to deliver error-free results.

Payroll Processing: You will manage the full payroll cycle, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and allowances. Ensuring salaries are processed in accordance with the Wage Protection System (WPS) is a key part of the role.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records in both physical and electronic formats is essential. You will update payroll data based on new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes to ensure records remain current.

Compliance: The role demands strict adherence to UAE labor laws, company policies, and financial regulations. You will prepare necessary documentation for audits and ensure payroll-related legal obligations are fulfilled.

Reporting: You will generate regular payroll reports for management, including cost summaries, attendance analyses, and benefits expenditure. These reports will help guide financial planning and workforce management.

Collaboration: The position requires close coordination with HR, finance, and departmental managers to resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
