Job Description
Role Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure that every new hire experiences a smooth transition into Chinese Palace Group. You will design and deliver onboarding processes that welcome new employees and set them up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include preparing contracts, conducting employee orientations, coordinating with visa and payroll teams, and providing new hires with necessary resources and support.
Onboarding Excellence: You will be the first point of contact for new employees, guiding them through policies, benefits, and company culture, while ensuring compliance with UAE labor law requirements.
Engagement Focus: You will create initiatives that improve the employee experience from Day 1, ensuring that each new joiner feels connected and motivated to perform at their best.
Collaboration: Working closely with talent acquisition, payroll, and operations teams, you will ensure a seamless flow of information and reduce bottlenecks in the hiring-to-employment cycle.
Technology Integration: You will use HRMS platforms to track onboarding metrics, monitor probation periods, and generate reports for management.
