Job Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will be the central pillar of our daily operations, ensuring that all administrative duties are carried out efficiently and professionally. Based in Al Quoz, Dubai, this role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Daily Office Management: Your responsibilities will include managing daily office functions such as coordinating appointments, handling incoming calls and emails, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. You will act as the key point of contact between departments and provide internal support to management and staff.
HR & Employee Support: You will assist the HR department by keeping track of employee records, attendance, and leave management. You may also support recruitment by coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates, while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Client Interaction: While the role is largely administrative, you will also support client service operations by managing correspondence, setting appointments, and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors. Your communication skills will be key to handling client queries and providing timely responses.
Record-Keeping & Documentation: An essential part of your job is maintaining accurate and organized records of all administrative activities. This includes contracts, invoices, receipts, and employee files. Attention to detail and integrity are critical in this responsibility.
Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and production departments to ensure timely communication and alignment between administrative and operational goals. A team player attitude is vital to support workflow and team morale.
