Human Resources Executive: As an HR Executive in our hospitality division, you will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, with a focus on the unique needs of the hotel and restaurant industry. This role demands strategic thinking, process optimization, and a people-first mindset, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with operational goals.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: You will oversee internal recruitment processes, manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Understanding the nuances of hospitality staffing is key to securing talent that thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments.

Compliance & UAE Labor Law: A deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law is essential, as you'll ensure legal compliance in all HR activities. You’ll regularly audit HR practices and documentation, prepare labor contracts, and stay updated with policy changes to protect both company and employee interests.

Employee Relations & Policy Implementation: You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Updating and enforcing company policies, handbooks, and HR frameworks is a critical part of maintaining a healthy work culture.

Payroll, Settlements & Documentation: The role requires coordinating with payroll teams, handling end-of-service benefits, managing final settlements, and ensuring accurate calculation of gratuity. You will also keep records for visa renewals, employment contracts, and compliance reporting.

Visa & PRO Coordination: Collaborating with the PRO, you’ll manage visa processes, EID renewals, MOL documentation, and all related government paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to avoid disruptions in staffing.
